About The Composting Council of Canada
Who are we? The Composting Council of Canada is a national non-profit organization which serves as a forum to advocate and advance the use of composting to government, industry and the public as a means of reducing Canada's waste stream while reclaiming the organic fraction for beneficial purposes.
Our national office is
located in Toronto, Ontario. The Council is managed by our Executive Director
and a National Board of Directors. The Council has four regional committees
(Western Canada, Ontario, Québec and Atlantic Canada) and issue-specific
committees. The Council develops and supports regional, provincial and national
composting activities and issues.
